Cancellation Policy
CHANGING YOUR APPOINTMENT
24 hours’ notice is required to reschedule due to being a small business I have to charge a 50% cancellation fee of service for any no-shows or cancellations without 24 hours of your scheduled appointments. There of course are exceptions explained below. I hope that as a client you understand that I don’t make money/waste materials for no show/cancellations last minute.
SICKNESS OR FAMILY EMERGENCY
If you, or another person in your household, has an infectious or contagious illness, please contact us as soon as possible to reschedule your appointment for a later date. There is no penalty or timeframe required in this case, for your safety and that of other clients.
