Hi, I’m Lauren — the heart behind Lauren Michelle Esthetics. My journey in the beauty industry began in 2014 when I took a leap of faith and enrolled at South Hills Beauty Academy. At the time, I didn’t have it all figured out — I just knew I wanted to help people feel better, inside and out. Shortly after graduating, I began working at a national waxing chain in September 2014. What started as an entry into the industry quickly became a defining chapter in my life. I spent nearly a decade there — from 2014 to January 2023 — growing as both an esthetician and a person. It was in those years that I truly found my voice, my style, and my deep commitment to client care. I learned how to blend technique with empathy, and I discovered the joy in helping people feel confident in their own skin. In 2023, I launched Lauren Michelle Esthetics — a space that reflects everything I’ve learned, loved, and envisioned over the years. This is more than a business; it’s a reflection of who I am. Here, every service is rooted in intention, every appointment is a safe space, and every client is treated with the kind of care I’d give to my own friends and family. CANCELLATION POLICY
CHANGING YOUR APPOINTMENT 24 hours’ notice is required to reschedule due to being a small business I have to charge a 50% cancellation fee of service for any no-shows or cancellations without 24 hours of your scheduled appointments. There of course are exceptions explained below. I hope that as a client you understand that I don’t make money/waste materials for no show/cancellations last minute. SICKNESS OR FAMILY EMERGENCY If you, or another person in your household, has an infectious or contagious illness, please contact us as soon as possible to reschedule your appointment for a later date. There is no penalty or timeframe required in this case, for your safety and that of other clients.
